Scotty the T-Rex for the Royal Saskatchewan Museum

We managed the creation of a new space for Scotty, the largest Tyrannosaurus rex ever discovered. The project was delivered through an extremely strict schedule lasting for seven months from design to construction.
For this project, we implemented our custom collaborative approach blending the construction management and progressive design-build delivery models, combined with the maximization of just-in-time decision-making to crash the schedule by six months. This led us to win the prestigious Project Management Institute's 2019 Project of the Year Award.
P3 Joint-Use Schools
Saskatchewan | Public-Private Partnership | Completed 09/2019
This project encompassed the development of 18 elementary schools on nine distinct sites through a public-private partnership model. We acted as Owner's project manager, where we spearheaded the development of a comprehensive project management framework and oversaw the establishment of a project management office and robust governance structure. Working with two governing ministries, five school divisions, and a full team of consultants required continual process refinement to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
North Regina Joint-Use School

A new 10,000 sqm joint-use K-8 facility consolidating four schools into two schools (one public and one Catholic), with a 51-seat childcare and City community centre.
Regina Police Services Headquarters
Regina | Design-Bid-Build & Construction Management | Completed 08/2025
This project involved the phased implementation of a campus solution for the Regina Police Services (RPS)
headquarters building. It included the construction of a new link building to connect two existing buildings,
forming one unified and cohesive facility (Phase 1).
In addition to the new construction, the project encompassed extensive renovations to the two existing buildings, along with all associated site and civil
work required to support the campus development (Phase 2).
Urgent Care Centre Regina

The first of kind in Saskatchewan, patients in Regina requiring same-day treatment for minor illness and injuries can be treated at the Urgent Care Centre (UCC) rather than the emergency room. The UCC also offers mental health and addictions support.
We took the project over during the construction phase. We led the team through construction, commissioning, and oversight of the furniture and equipment delivery and installation.
